Description
Fits 2003 and up Cummins 5.9L & 6.7L engine blocks. Kit includes 3 billet side freeze plugs, 1 rear freeze plug featuring 1/2″ npt port supplied with brass block off plug, and 1 front freeze plug.
Choose between the street version of the front freeze plug that is held in and works with the stock fan or the race version 2 bolt which won’t work with the stock fan.
Stainless bolts,o-rings and hardware to mount and seal plugs is included.
Solid steel t-bars on the side plugs have an angle cut to match 6.7L blocks which have a matching angle in the casting inside the water passage. This means the t-bars will need to be installed vertically with the angle on the bar turned to match the angle inside the block. Failure to do this pulls the 6mm bolt at an angle which will make it not seal properly on the copper washer and possibly cause it to leak. The t-bar can be turned around to the flat side for older blocks.
